At MrChef Bakery, we take pride in crafting high-quality baked goods with the freshest ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
1. Returns & Refunds for Perishable Goods

Baked Goods (Cakes, Pastries, Bread, etc.):

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect due to our error.

To qualify, customers must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.

Provide photo/video evidence of the issue.

No refunds will be issued for:

Changes in personal taste preferences.

Failure to pick up orders on time.

Orders placed with incorrect delivery details.

2. Non-Perishable Items (Gift Cards, Merchandise)

Unused gift cards and undamaged merchandise may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Items must be in original packaging.
3. Cancellations

Orders canceled more than 48 hours before delivery/pickup receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable (ingredients are prepped in advance).
